Yay!!! A new segment... A blog.....We be bloggin!!!

Yesterday was Breeze's Baby Shower in Malibu! It was the Shower of all Showers!
Hosted by Ryan's Mom, Rita Martinez. And I just want to say right here that it was a fab, fab, fabulous
shindig! Over 100 people attended! Friends and family came from near and far to share in this joyous
occasion.
Oh...and did I say it was fabulous? This Lady KNOWS how to throw a party! And...she's now part of our
family! We are truly blessed, Thank you Rita and Ron.
We had the pleasure of meeting  many of Ryan's family. His Grandmother and Aunts and Uncles...
I enjoyed meeting all of you!
It was a flurry of new faces, with lots of Breeze's friends from school and work as well.

I have not yet gone through all of the pictures. I'm sure I will be posting from this event all month!

It was so great to see our family and so many Special friends we haven't seen in sooooooooooooo long! Some
that we haven't seen since we moved from Ventura 14 years ago.
David's Family, My best gurrrlfriend Melanie, and all the sweet girls who, as teenagers spent so many
days and nights at our house with Raine and Breeze, were all there. There were a few we didn't get to see as
some couldn't make it and some of them no longer live in California.
I'm not naming names, you all know you have a special forever place in my heart.
I do want to say a special Thank you to Jillian for the lovely bracelet. That was such a sweet gesture. I will
treasure it always.
These girls have all grown into beautiful young women now, and seeing them yesterday was so like we
never left. I have very special memories of all of you.

Some of them had their beautiful children with them and I got some great pictures that I'm anxious to post.
Unfortunately I am having MAJOR computer issues right now ...grrrr...
So it may be a few days before I get Baby Shower pictures up. =(
It's not looking too good right now but, I hope to get these issues resolved very soon.
Well, that's all for today. Check back in a few days, maybe I'll get those pictures up real soon.
Oh and Enjoy Daylight Saving Time! I know I will. I'm looking forward to some long Summer days!!!
